The Foundry


The Foundry is another tactical mission in They are Billions, during which you will control a special hero selected at the beginning of the game. In this chapter, you will find a step-by-step guide and tips related to the mission of The Foundry.

Mission objective:

Get the mission object: An artifact of the mission.The hero must get out of the fortress alive.(optional)

Get valuable items for the Empire (points: 190).(optional)

Get ancient technology (points: 400).

Note - In tactical missions, additional items to collect are randomly scattered at the beginning of the mission. For this reason, this section does not contain information about their location, because it is random.

The mission

Immediately after entering the Foundry, go to the room on the left - there you will find Grenades.

As soon as the mission starts, run to the Foundry - there are no side missions from the very beginning. From now on, don't forget to look for items to collect - they will stand out every few seconds, so they are easy to spot.

After entering the building, go to the left - in the room you will find a box with grenades. They will be useful in getting rid of infected people inside buildings.

In another part of the Foundry you will find red spots on the ground. When infected people step on them, they light up and fall to the ground in a few seconds. Use this to your advantage to eliminate the threat more effectively.

As in most similar missions, here you will find holes in the wall, behind which objects are hidden.

In the southern part of the complex you will find a hole in the wall - go through it to collect a first-aid kit and a few more grenades.

The mission objective is located in the northeast corner of the map. It is impossible to enter normally - the passage will be blocked. Instead, go to the southeastern part of the map, where you will find a hole in the wall - go through it and continue on your way to get to the artifact room.

Collect the artifact and return - as usual, you need to return to the place where the mission began. If you want to get extra Empire or Science points, it's worth exploring the map in more detail.

Hints

Use the spots on the floor to set the enemies on fire.

Use the spots of liquid metal that are in some rooms - enemies will step on them, trying to get to you, which in a few seconds will lead to their death.
